Yesterday is just a set of thoughts in your head - it was a dream. 

Tomorrow exists in a state of pure potentiality - it is a dream. 

All that is real is this day - this moment.

  • Plan each day in advance.

  • Cut out all your negative vices completely.

  • Exercise at least 3 times per week.

  • Stretch at least 3 times per week.

  • Meditate daily.

  • Breathe deeply and slowly.

  • Be positive and follow your heart.

  • Keep yourself hydrated (always drink a glass of water directly after urinating).

  • Omit or limit television viewing and social media.

In the Morning…

  • Wake up to watch the sunrise. (You need discipline).

  • Drink a mug of warm water (not boiling) with a teaspoon of lemon juice to alkaline your body.

  • Let soft sunlight shine on your eyelids for 5 to 15 minutes to soak up vitamin D, centre yourself and do breathing exercises.

  • Stretch your body for 15 minutes.

  • Read your Workbook and Notebook, and mediate on your day ahead.

During the Day…


  • Practice mindfulness.

  • Keep a positive attitude.

  • Say positive affirmations intermittently.

  • Deliberately do something that makes you happy.

  • Lavish others with praise.

At Night...


  • Light candles and incense, and listen to pretty music before bed.

  • Meditate for 10 minutes or longer.

  • Practice visualization, reflection and gratitude exercises.
